Who else is making health a priority in 2022?!?! I love working out and I have for years but this year I feel an even bigger kick to make sure my fitness, health, & self care are on point!
Today I’m sharing a few of my favorite workout pieces that I currently own and use on repeat, AND I’m sharing which pieces I feel work best for different workouts! Because let’s be honest, not all yoga leggings work for weight lifting and no one wants to be running in leggings that are thick and heavy!

This piece is great for an active recovery day ❤️ like stretching or a foam roll out routine!
It’s comfy and the material feels like butter ☺️
However, I have tried running in these leggings and would not recommend it! They tend to slide down as you run which kept me pausing my run to tug at them…which is never fun 😒
So with this, I’d stick to stretching and recovery days!
